Dating: Consent is not a friend to Joell. He will do something extreme sexually without discussing it first. If you complain, well he didn’t mean it! He would never! Don’t want your boundaries pushed? Don’t want to consent? Well, you can move on or maybe he will just do it anyway. It’s why he prefers women with very low self-esteem.
Pimping: He started his pimping career by taking a mentally challenged girl he was “dating” to motels to meet men as “security”. He took 25 percent of her earnings as “rent” to live in his dump of a house. It wasn’t even a room. It was literally a hole in the wall they put a mattress in. Of course that was after the meth head who stayed in it previously had left. Mentally this girl was around 9 years old per her and her family. He was of course “teaching” her how to be good in bed so she would get more clients. What a pal!
Landlord: His houses are always falling apart. Yet he charges vulnerable people a few hundred dollars a month to live in holes in walls, torn-up bedrooms, and so forth. He locks the cabinets and refrigerator so they can’t use it. He charges them if they want to store their food in them. He made one girl pay 400 a month to sleep on the busted couch on his back porch. He pits his roommates against each other for the drama. Steal from them and plant it on others.
Food: Which brings us to food. He used to go to food pantries all over the city. He lied about his income and said his roommates were his dependents so he could get more food. Which he then sold to the addicts, homeless, vulnerable people who lived with him and in his neighborhood. He had one church on the Eastside convinced he was gathering food for the poor elderly in his neighborhood. Yeah, the poor elderly he sold that food to. Until someone turned him in.
Dealer: In order to keep his vulnerable “roommates” indebted to him, he keeps them high. He sells them shit drugs and discourages them from getting clean. He hires them to work with him and pays them less than minimum wage while making sure they do the brunt of the work.
Work: He lies about his job at Eli Lilly. He lies about where his income comes from. He pimps girls at that 2050 club also, which is where most of his income comes from. That and the string of addicts he “rents rooms” to.
Two faced: He will call poc and lbgtq people his friends. He will tell you he is bisexual. But if he thinks you are “safe” he will fill you in on exactly how he feels about folks. He is a racist and a bigot across the board. Women, he will tell you what a feminist he is while ignoring your boundaries and calling you vile names.
Joell Palmer is vile and a real danger to society. He is banned from all local conventions and several clubs for his behavior. He runs for county seats and his ambition is to be a politician. That can’t ever be allowed to happen. Society, especially women, need to be protected from him.
